Conference platform and services
These Terms govern Nexus Conferences websites, accounts, conference discovery, abstract or paper submission, scientific review, programme participation, registration, certification, event services and related payments operated by Scifax Technology and Publishing Pvt. Ltd. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, presentation, speaker status, committee appointment, certification, indexing, publication in proceedings or any particular event outcome. Scientific decisions are independent of payment.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the platform lawfully. Fraud, impersonation, review manipulation, security interference and misuse of conference or organizer branding are prohibited.
Fees and payments
Applicable registration or optional service fees, currency, taxes, discounts and final payable amounts must be shown before authorization. Payments may be processed through organizer-approved providers. Provider terms and authentication may also apply.
