The platform may process account and contact details, participant and affiliation data, ORCID identifiers, abstracts or papers, scientific-review records, correspondence, registration records, invoices, transaction references, support records and security logs.
Use
Information is used for conference submission, review, programme planning, participant communication, registration, certification, event delivery, billing, fraud prevention, security, research-integrity work, support and legal compliance.
Public conference records
Where a participant has agreed to public programme or proceedings listing, approved names, affiliations, presentation titles and related event metadata may remain public as part of the conference record. Access to non-public records is role based.
