Registration and optional services
Academic or scientific evaluation is separate from payment. Where fees apply, the checkout must identify the conference, participant or submission reference, selected service, amount, currency and applicable tax before payment authorization.
Payment records
Payment references are used for reconciliation and service delivery. Full payment-card credentials are handled by the payment provider and should never be sent to Nexus Conferences by email or messaging services.
