Submission withdrawal
An abstract or paper may be withdrawn before final programme confirmation subject to the conference withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal of a submission is distinct from cancellation of a paid event or certification service.
Registration refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, delivery status, event terms and applicable consumer law. Duplicate payment, verified processing error, or organizer inability to provide the paid service may qualify for review.

Provide the conference code, submission or registration reference, invoice number, transaction reference, payer name, date, amount, reason and supporting evidence through Contact & Grievance Support.
