Each Nexus Conference operates with a structured organising framework covering the Conference Chair, Scientific Chairs, Programme Committee, Scientific Review Committee, Session Chairs, Virtual Presentation Coordination and Poster Coordination.

Named members are published only after verification and formal appointment based on subject expertise, research record, availability and conflict-of-interest requirements. Committee roles are maintained across all 101 conferences through the central conference operations portal.
