Participation, payment & service terms
These terms apply to Global Quantum Science & Physical Systems Research Forum and are intended to keep scientific review, registration, payment and conference services clear and separate.
Scientific review & acceptanceSubmission and review are independent of payment. Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted participants must follow final-file, presentation and programme instructions.
Registration & participationRegistration confirms the selected event edition and participation mode after successful payment. In-person availability may close earlier than virtual participation because of venue and programme capacity.
PayPal paymentsPayPal checkout is processed through PayPal's hosted payment services. Available funding methods depend on buyer country, account, device and PayPal eligibility. The conference platform validates the amount server-side before order capture.
Cashfree — IndiaWhere Cashfree is enabled for India, INR payment methods may be offered through the configured Cashfree checkout. Final availability depends on merchant configuration, payment channel and buyer eligibility.
Stripe / card paymentsWhere Stripe is enabled, card or supported wallet payments are processed through the configured Stripe checkout. Card data should be entered only into the payment provider's secure interface and is not stored by the conference website.
Refunds & cancellationRefund eligibility depends on the purchased conference service, cancellation timing, completed delivery, payment-provider charges and the conference's published refund/cancellation policy. Scientific acceptance is not sold and is not determined by registration payment.
Presentation materialsPPT/PPTX/PDF, poster, final-paper and video uploads remain the responsibility of the presenter. Presenters must have rights to all included text, figures, media and third-party content.
CertificatesProfessional presentation/participation certificates become available after the registered conference edition has ended and the paid participation record is confirmed. Certificates include a verification code and QR verification path.
